Clinical / Translational Research Coordinator II
Welcome!
E. Taylor Hill
Clinical / Translational Research Coordinator II
I was born and raised in Nashville and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University, where I majored in Law, Justice, and Society with an emphasis in Conflict Management and minored in Applied Ethics. During my studies, I interned with a Davidson County General Sessions Court Judge and later worked at the Davidson County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office as a Deputy Clerk for a year and a half before beginning my career at Vanderbilt.
Since August 2021, I have served as a Clinical/Translational Research Coordinator II in the Department of Otolaryngology. What I enjoy most about my role is meeting new people and introducing them to impactful studies that have the potential to make a difference. My academic background, combined with my previous and current positions, has provided me with a strong foundation in compliance—an essential skill that supports my work as a research coordinator. I currently work on multiple clinical trials, including otology gene therapy clinical trials.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, playing video games, and spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies.
