I am the V-TOPS 2025-2026 R25 Medical Student Research Fellow in the VUMC Department of Otolaryngology in the Jan Lab. I completed my undergraduate studies in Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley. I am taking a year from my studies at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine to learn more about being a surgeon-scientist in otolaryngology and the role of alternative mRNA splicing at the single-cell level for inner ear development. Outside of work, I love to play pickleball, utilize my laser engraver, and watch Netflix.
